I'm Jacqui, and I'm a Leadership & Mindset coach and the founder of The Practical Leadership Academy. My approach, whether through coaching or training, is to support leaders and managers to build confidence as well as capability

My background spans senior roles across Operations, HR and L&D and includes experience in banking, retail, hospitality and engineering

Based on those experiences, I have a particular passion for supporting leadership capability development within founder led SMEs. Typically in these environments, managers are often promoted internally and the impact of whether or not they are able to make a successful transition into their new role is magnified

I love to keep things simple rather than complex, and to provide clients with practical, implementable tools and frameworks that make leadership and management of others enjoyable rather than a challenge
